Once your application is submitted to Malaysian immigration, refunds are non-refundable with no exceptions. Only eVisa applications that have not yet been submitted to immigration may be cancelled with a $50 USD fee.

All MDAC application fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever.
This applies regardless of:
- Approval status
- Rejection by immigration
- Application cancellation or withdrawal
- Any other circumstances

Malaysia eVisa - Before Immigration Submission
Applicants may cancel their eVisa application prior to submission to Malaysian immigration authorities.
Cancellation Fee: $50 USD per passport
Processing Timeline: 7-10 business days after deduction

Malaysia eVisa - After Immigration Submission
Once your eVisa application has been submitted to Malaysian immigration authorities, the fee is 100% non-refundable with no exceptions.
This applies regardless of circumstances including:
- Travel plan changes
- Health emergencies
- Visa rejection
- Any other reason whatsoever
